Redmond International Airport | Terminal Expansion & Modernization

Partnering with the City of Redmond, this multi-phased capital improvement project successfully tripled the footprint of the Redmond Municipal Airport. The expansion required navigating rigorous FAA security clearances to deliver a full-scale modernization of the terminal's infrastructure. Key developments included the construction of new airline ticketing blocks, advanced baggage conveying systems, rental car facilities, and expanded arrival and departure lounges. Beyond the core structure, the project encompassed high-capacity HVAC, electrical, and plumbing overhauls to support increased passenger volume.

In addition to the primary expansions, this decade-long relationship involved managing a continuous series of tenant improvements for seven major airlines. From terminal gates and administrative offices to specialized restaurant lease spaces, every phase was executed to enhance the traveler experience while maintaining the strict operational standards of an active international airport.
