AmeriTitle Branch Expansions | Class “A” Office Development

This multi-location development involved the ground-up construction of three premier AmeriTitle branch buildings in Bend, South Bend, and Klamath Falls. As a subsidiary of Jeld-Wen—the world’s largest millwork, door, and window manufacturer—these Class “A” office spaces served as a functional showcase of the parent company’s craftsmanship. Each facility was designed to feature high-performance Jeld-Wen windows, custom doors, and intricate standing and running trim throughout the interiors.

The project required a high level of site-specific expertise, particularly at the Klamath Falls location. This site underwent an extensive EPA Phase 1 ESA and brownfield remediation to safely transition the property from its former use as a lumber mill into a modern corporate environment. From environmental mitigation to the precision of high-end architectural millwork, these three builds exemplify the marriage of industrial compliance and premium commercial design.
